Once we have received your order please allow up 2-3 business days for handling and shipping. All of our orders are posted through Auspost with the tracking number sent in a separate email from your order confirmation.

From the shipment date, customers can expect the orders to be delivered within 1-7 business days, dependent on the shipping method chosen.

For any pre-orders please allow up to 3-4 weeks for handling time.

In the unlikely event that a product(s) arrives damaged or is lost during transit we will do our best to help you get compensation from the courier company we use. However, if we have correctly packed and shipped your order to the specified order address we are not liable for any damage once the parcel has been picked up by the courier as it is out of our control.
